For an international networking event in Berlin, Bertelsmann invites entrepreneurial talents fresh from the university and gives them the opportunity to meet top executives from all parts of the Bertelsmann universe. This high-caliber event takes place once a year. Exceptional students from all over the world are invited to Berlin. They developed creative solutions to real business challenges in the media and service industries, and then present their ideas to members of Bertelsmann’s Executive Board. The top three teams win attractive prizes.
Accompanying Create Your Own Career since 2011, we directed all day and evening events and conceived and developed all media content. Due to the Corona pandemic, the event was conducted in 2021 as online only, which needed a completely new concept for dynamic workshops and creativity coaching.
